I believe that birth works beautifully with as little interference as possible. I believe that women know best how to birth their babies. I strive to provide care that respects each woman and her family’s needs – physical, emotional, spiritual and cultural. In labor, I provide unobtrusive guidance so that women, supported by the people they love, can find their way through labor. It is a privilege for me to be in partnership with women throughout their pregnancies. I learn so much from women’s innate wisdom and feel honored to be included in this sacred event.
